My family and I had an enjoyable afternoon at the fayre and were pleased to have an answer phone message when we arrived home to say we had won second prize in the quiz (£15 toy shop voucher) the message said it would arrive in the post, unfortunately it has yet to arrive. Please can you find out if we need to arrange a different way of collecting our much anticipated prize.

Regards
