Will we be asking you to sign an agreement for 12 weeks? Certainly not - our terms are set out in the clients best interests, not the estate agents. Property Ombudsman Scheme (POS)
We are full members of the POS in respect of both sales and lettings and abide by their strict codes of conduct, a copy of which is available on request. |

National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
We are members of the NAEA and abide by their code of conduct and client accounting rules. Several members of our team are individually qualified members in their own right. |

Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA)
We are members of ARLA and abide by their code of conduct and accounting rules. Within our team we have staff who were amongst the first to be licensed under new ARLA rules in 2009. |

Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS)
We are members of the The Dispute Service which protects tenant's deposits throughout the period of their tenancy. It also ensures a prompt return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy where there is no dispute and ensures that any disputes are dealt with quickly and fairly by the Independent Complaints Examiner (ICE). |
